In recent times the level of customer service in most organizations has taken a hit and the only thing the consumer gets is excuses. We as customers have just learned to deal with it and lowered our expectations to avoid the disappointment.
So when a company gives you and experience that is so old school, customer focused, above the top, we should take the time and acknowledge their efforts. Well here we are.
When our fridge decided it was time to be replaced we researched and found Appliances Now. We found our unit, paid for it, and scheduled the delivery, a time was set, and we went about our lives.
The day of the delivery came. The text came. The delivery team came. They were polite, professional, and extremely helpful in answering questions. It was the first time in my life that a delivery crew took their time; was cautious about corners, concerned about carpet and tile. They even took the time to lay cardboard down as an aisle to protect our house.
The entire event was quick, but memorable.
I can't say enough this company.
What I will tell you is that you can't find another company that still believes in taking care of its customers with a quality product and even better staff.
